Q: what if I forgot to put in my measurements ? But already ordered!
A: you can always email us @ [email protected] and we will be sure to respond as soon as possible. Thank you
Q: I paid for Priority shipping or any other shipping , will I get my order in that time frame ?
A: No, nails typically take 1-3 hours to be made, as long as we have your measurements and there isn’t a delay on details it will be shipped out the the same or following day! After package has self our storage it will be the USPS hands and unfortunely due to the pandemic theirs been delays. Any further questions email us !
Q: Can I return my press on nails?
A: Due to sanitary reasons, no orders cant be returned. However, if there are any issues with your nails once its been delivered, please email us within 24 hours with proof.
Q: How can I place an order for a custom set?
A: For all custom sets, please dm our instagram Nailzzby.g with ideas and pictures of your custom set.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You are allowed to cancel your order before your order is started. Once the process of your nails has started, you cannot cancel your order for any reason as all sets are made to order and final sale.
Q: Can I make a change to my order?
A: If there should be any changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made to your order once it has been fulfilled .
Q: What happens if my order is lost or damaged during transit?
A: It is very unfortunate that your package was lost or damaged. However, we are not responsible for what happens to your package once it is in the hands of the employees at the post office. You will not receive a new order free of charge. You will not receive a refund. We hand all accountability to USPS once orders are shipped.
Q: Are the press on nails reusable?
A: Yes, they are reusable. However, they are not reusable if soaked in acetone therefore make sure to only remove them with warm water and soap and some cuticle oil or anytime of oil.
Q: How many days will it take for my order to be shipped out?
A: The current processing time is 5-10 days before being shipped out. All sets are handmade and take anytime between 1-3 hours to create. This is why processing time is 5-10 days.
Q: How can I remove my press on nails?
A: Soaking your press on nails in warm water with any oily substance will help loosen the glue and the nails will pop off. You can also remove your press on nails by soaking them in acetone. However, your nails are not reusable once soaked in acetone.
Q: My nail tips don't fit me, can I exchange or return my set?
A: All sets are made to order and are custom to the customer's sizing measurements. Therefore they are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We are not responsible for any press on nail sets that don't fit. Customers have the option to measure nails with or without a sizing kit. That is why we recommend buying a sizing kit
Q: How do I know what my size is?
A: Sizing kits are available to purchase under accessories. Please refer to our Sizing page for instructions on how to measure your nails without a sizing kit.
Q: How long do press on nails last?
A: They can last about 1-3 weeks with proper application. The better the application, the longer they will last. It always depends on your day to day chores and how you maintain/take care of them, retention is 50/50

Sizing
How to measure your nails with our sizing kit -
- Each nail tip should be fitting sidewall to sidewall of the nail
- If nail tip size doesn't fit perfectly, please choose the bigger nail size in which the nail tip can be filed down
- Do not choose a nail size that doesn't reach both sidewalls of the natural nail
- Please make sure nail tips aren't forced/pushed down too hard on the natural nail. This can cause nail tips to be tight when glued and can cause discomfort
How to measure your nails with tape -
- Place tape on natural nail horizontally
- Where the widest part of your natural nail is, use a pen to mark two lines on each sidewall
- Place the tape on a ruler and determine how many millimeters are between the two lines marked

Other creators of press on nails may have different sizing measurements which may not apply to our press on nails.
Due to different nail tips having different widths, sizing will vary for nail shapes.
For example, if a long/short coffin, size medium set fits you perfectly, long/short stiletto in the similar size might not fit the same as the other product. This is happens because every false nail has shapes that can be completely different widths. However, Purchasing a sizing kit is highly recommended.
Some shapes go from sizes 0-9 and some go from 0-11. This is also the reason why different shapes have different size measurements.
